Meditation

Our meditation classes aim to calm the mind and open the meditator up to experiencing the reality of their own being in a clearer, more intimate way. This can lead to deep relaxation and the dropping of stress, anxiety and physiological concerns, resulting in an increased sense of peace and happiness.

This meditation is facilitated through the transmission of silence or with verbal guidance depending on the group's needs.

In essence, we come together, sit quietly, and meditation will happen. The effect of sitting as a group has a powerful and amplifying effect, making it easier for the mind to become quiet and the meditation to go deeper—it is a beautiful experience.

There is also an opportunity for discussion before and after each session.

No experience is required and everyone is welcome.

What to bring
 

Wear comfortable clothing and, if you wish, you can bring your own yoga mat, cushions or blankets.
