Movement + Meditation Classes
M+M is a unique meditation experience designed to relax your body and mind. After prolonged periods of work and stress, your body becomes tense and overstimulated. Our M+M classes calm and open your body, so that deeper states of relaxation and meditation can be easily achieved.
Sessions begin with yoga-inspired movements, followed by breathing and relaxation exercises, and end with an easy-to-follow guided meditation that is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
