Jay has been eating a plant-based/vegan diet for almost a decade. After extensive formal and informal study, experimentation and cleansing—and momentary failures—he eventually found a beautiful sweet spot that allows the body to function optimally whilst remaining healthy, lean, strong and full of energy all year round.

 

With so many “experts" out there spreading different and complicated ideas about nutrition, society has become completely confused about what they should be eating. In reality, it is actually very simple, and with some education and guidance, you can succeed and feel amazing.
