Many people out there would like to cleanse and detoxify, but the fear of losing their hard earned muscle mass and fading away into skin and bones is terrifying. With a few precautions and modifications you can maintain your muscle and feel amazing too.


In this video I discuss the problem and some solutions. If you want to be sure, simply do the maths. Make sure you are getting enough calories and enough protein and keep training hard.
