Having a weekly one-on-one personal training session with Jay for the past year has made such a difference for me. With a thyroid autoimmune disease, I struggle to keep the weight off and my muscles strong and well stretched. Jay created sessions that gave space for my body to become stronger without over stressing my system. Before seeing Jay I needed to hold on to hand rails when going up or down stairs, along with chronic knee pain. Now I can confidently use stairs without additional support and no pain.

I've lost close to 20kg since I started training with Jay and most of it was achieved over the first 3-4 months. I've had a noticeable increase in my energy levels and overall wellbeing, and I've also seen improvement in my overall strength and mobility which has helped me as I play soccer with my local team.

 

Jay really takes the time to explain the technique and purpose of the exercise and pushes you but in a positive way.
