We are not a funeral director. We are a funeral coordinator and experience designer — the person who picks up the logistics so you can pick up the phone to your aunt. We work alongside the funeral director of your choice, or independently for celebrations of life that don't involve one at all.

A senior coordinator is on the ground from set-up to pack-down, holding the run-sheet, the microphone cues and the suppliers — so your family can simply be there.

We help families navigate the choices that matter (burial versus cremation, celebrant versus family-led, traditional service versus celebration of life) without pressure, and respect every cultural or religious wish brought to the table.

Where a traditional funeral director is needed — for care of the body, transport or burial — we coordinate directly with trusted Queensland providers, so you never have to explain the same story twice.

We source and coordinate venues from Noosa to Coolangatta: galleries, warehouses, beachside homes, wineries, surf clubs, private estates and quiet halls. If you already have a venue in mind — a family farm, a favourite restaurant — we'll design the day around it.

Are you a funeral director?
No, and intentionally so. We work alongside the funeral director of your choice — or independently for celebrations of life that don't involve a traditional funeral at all. Our focus is the experience: the room, the story, the people, the day. We can recommend trusted Queensland funeral directors when one is needed.
Can you help if the funeral is in a few days?
Yes. We regularly step in mid-week and coordinate an entire celebration in under a week. The earlier we're called the better, but it's never too late to ask for help planning a funeral.
